Day Trip Group Incentives

The Hollywood Slots Hotel & Raceway Day Trip Group Incentive Program has been developed to cater to those groups choosing Hollywood Slots Hotel & Raceway as their entertainment destination. The Group Program is based on a three tier rewards system depending on the size of the group. Consideration will be taken into account for group leaders that bring multiple groups on a monthly basis.

POLICIES & PROCEDURE:

  • Groups must notify Hollywood Slots Hotel & Raceway of their expected arrival date and time at least five business days prior to the arrival date. If not notified within the set timeline guests may not be eligible for incentives
  • Minimum of 15 people to qualify
  • Trips must be planned for at least a minimum of four hours of play
  • Final group list must be sent via email or fax at least two days before scheduled arrival date.
  • Guests will be required to check in with a Guest Services Representative to redeem their rewards.
  • Must present a valid ID to receive a Player's Club Card and incentives.
  • Must be a Player's Club member to receive incentives, if guest is not a Player's Club Card holder they will receive a voucher to receive incentives once they sign up at Player Services
  • Guests must arrive within 60 minutes of specified arrival time.
